After connecting SensorPro, which sensor does GGS use for temperature and humidity?

GGS still uses its built-in sensor for temperature and humidity. SensorPro only reads PPFD. For accurate data, unplug the old probe and keep only SensorPro connected.

Why does SensorPro show 0 or “–” after connection?

“0” means the white ring is covered—remove the cap. “–” means the sensor isn’t connected properly. Use the RJ12 port at the bottom to connect to the controller.

Can I use both SensorPro and the original temp/humidity probe together?

Not recommended. Please unplug the original probe and only use SensorPro to avoid reading conflicts or incorrect data display.

Does the placement of SensorPro affect its readings?

Yes. For accurate PPFD and climate readings, hang SensorPro at canopy level, away from grow lights, fans, or reflective walls.

Why does the CO₂ reading show an abnormal value (e.g., 64000 ppm)?

This issue is caused by a connection error between the old and new firmware versions. Please update the SF app to the latest version to resolve the problem.
