I received within 10 days after I ordered. Delivered it in the well packaged crate. Very heavy duty equipment, it’s perfect fit my home gym. 180lb each side weight stacks which are more than enough to use, 2:1 ratio. Very easy to put assembly, finished by me and my son in a hour

I have now had this machine for a couple of months so I can give my honest feedback. I have used this almost every day since i have had it. It is a great machine, very sturdy like a commercial machine. It is very heavy, I can hang on the pullup bars and it does not move at all.
Delivery: Item was delivered by a freight company quicker than the estimated timeline. Item was boxed in a crate which was extremely well packaged. Each item was very well wrapped in bubble wrap (probably overkill with how much they used). Crate was solid, it took awhile just to get it open and unwrap everything.
Installation: The directions weren't the best but it was pretty obvious how it should be put together. It could be put together with 1 person but it is easier with 2 so someone can hold the big pieces while the other screws them together. One suggestion on this is to put the pieces together but do not tighten the screws until everything is put together. I made the mistake of tightening everything as I went and things didn't line up correctly so I had to loosen screws I had previously tightened.
Use: As mentioned earlier, the machine is solid. It comes with a pair of handles which are very good quality. I bought a few more accessories to go with it. You can do a lot of exercises on this machine. The top back piece has a chart of some exercises that can be done. The cable stacks move well. At first they weren't super smooth but I put lubricating grease on the poles and they have been excellent since. There are 17 slots for the handles to move up and down. They move pretty well, usually do need to use both hands to get them to move smooth.
Customer Service: A++! I had an issue with one of the cables and emailed customer support. They responded right away and sent a new cable out to me which I had in less than a week.
If you are on the fence about this machine as I was, its definitely worth it. It is cheaper then most of the others I was looking at but you wouldn't know it by looking at it and using it. I like the fact it has a wider base than a lot of the ones I saw which allows you to do upper and lower chest fly's a lot better. The 180 pounds should also be plenty of weight for most exercises and users. This is a solid and well made machine. Customer service is also excellent. A+ all around.

For reference, I’ve purchased two other cable machines within the last year, both from REP, and both were superior to this product in every way. The $300 or so dollars I saved going with this brand were not worth the hassle. The machine was shipped by crate(standard), but it was poorly packed with near useless assembly instructions and chipped in transit from weight stacks shifting. A floor protecting boot and a handful of bolts and washers were missing from the packaging. There were enough to hold the machine together, but not safely use it. I’ve spent the last week on the phone trying to to get a replacement package of the bolts bag to fill in the gaps, but they want me to travel back to where the machine is and take videos/pictures/etc. of the bolt holes. At this point I’m likely going have to source the missing bolts myself if I want the opportunity of using it this month. The bottom line is that at this price point, I should have purchased another machine from REP.
