The AHT21 is a compact temperature and humidity sensor in a 4x5mm SMD package with 1.6mm height. It features an ASIC chip, MEMS capacitive humidity sensor, and on-chip temperature sensor. Outputs calibrated I2C digital signals. Humidity accuracy ±2% resolution 0.024%. Temperature accuracy ±0.3°C resolution 0.01°C. Operating range -40°C to 85°C with 1.8-6V power. Requires 12h at >80% humidity for initial calibration. Module size 16x11mm with 4×2.54mm pitch I2C interface.
