Why don’t I feel much during use? Is the wand working?

Why are the center lights not clearly visible?

This wand includes 18×650nm red lights and 3×808nm near-infrared lights. The red lights are visible, while the 808nm near-infrared lights may look very dim or not visible to the eye. This is normal and does not mean the device is defective.

What setting should I use for a better experience?

If the lower setting feels too gentle, you may gradually adjust to a higher comfortable level after becoming familiar with the device. Many users prefer a higher setting for their regular routine. Please stop using it if you feel any discomfort.

Can I use the wand for a longer session?

Yes, if comfortable. You may complete one session, take a short break, and then repeat one more session on the same or nearby area. Avoid using the wand on one area for too long, and always follow the user guide.
