Note Please make sure that all power connectors are firmly inserted before each use, and check that the air hoseis intact and not folded or loose before use to ensure that there is no air leakage. Power Connections Ensure that all power cords, plugs and adapters are fully inserted and secure to prevent the unit from starting up due to poor comntact. Pre-use Check Before use, please carefully check whether the airbag is intact and undamaged; if you find the airbag broken or signs of aging, please stop using it immediately. Ensure that all air tubes are properly connected without looseness or folding; if the air tubes are not connected properly it may lead to air leakage and may cause the product not to work properly. Wearing Style Wear it correctly according to the left and right markings(L = left leg, R = right leg) and make sure that the airbag and extensions adequately encompass the leg. Adjust the appropriate size using the 4 extension provided to ensure massage effect and comfort. Heating Function The product offers two temperature options (95°F and 115°F), the default low-temperature mode at power on; the heating function is automatically turned off after 15 minuted of operation in any mode, please be aware of this safety design. Heating function only applies to the preset area, not all parts of the heating function. Recommendations for Use If skin problems, physical discomfort or other special conditions exist. consulting a medical professional before use. Device won’t start Check that the power cord and plug are fully inserted, make sure there is power to the outlet, and press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to make sure it starts. Insufficient massage strength Check that all air hose connections are secure and make sure there are no bends or looseness. If you find any signs of damage, deterioration or leakage of the airbag, the product will not work properly, please stop using it at this time. Confirm that the left and right legs are worn correctly and ensure that the airbag covers evenly. Invalid heating function Verify that the proper temperature has been selected (95°F for low temperature or 115°F for high temperature) and that the low temperature mode is activated by default. Check that the power connection is stable to ensure that the heating function can be activated properly. Loose fit and slip down Readjust the tightness of the leg compression sleeve and fasten the Velcro firmly. Use the included extension piece if needed to get a better fit. Wear it properly to let the airbag fully wrap around your legs.

When I plug it in, there’s no light that says it’s charging. Is there supposed to be?

Look at the light under the display.

1.When in use, the red light flashes indicating no power

2.When charging, red light is displayed

3.Fully charged, green light is displayed

(The charging time is about 3 hours after it is completely out of power)

Is there a difference in strength between fully charged and insufficiently charged?

When fully charged, the Velcro sticks tightly, and the strength is adjusted to the highest level: 3rd gear. This time is the most powerful time.

(The strength will vary according to the power, the tightness of the Velcro, and the gear.)

Can the heat be turned off? I see some people say it’s too hot, some people don’t feel too much heat

The default is the non-heating mode when starting up, and there is no red dot on the display (the red dot means turning on the heat).

(Note: preheat for 2 minutes, everyone has different sensitivity to heat, we set a safe range of 100°F-120°F)
