How To Stack A Mixed Pallet Of Boxes Of Various Shapes And Sizes:

heaviest boxes FIRST

Place boxes in same size, make sure to keep the heaviest boxes on the bottom(not necessarily large)

Keep strong

Keep a low center of gravity make sure the pallet is strong and organized.

Try to keep boxes side-by-side despite the challenge of using different sizes of boxes to make sure everything you have stay true to the shape of the pallet even though there are two levels on the pallet.

Keep the solid shape going without any box is sticking too far out or too far in

Put the last few boxes in the center of the pallet almost like a mutil-level Tetris game. Sometimes the pallet has a little bit of lean or the shape didn’t come out quite right, you can add some tape to give a little more strength and structure.
